Deadline for receipt of protocol papers.
These are required only for projects needing prior SRC approval, i.e., involving vertebrates, pathogens, etc. Use the rules wizard to see if your project needs pre-approval.
Friday, 9 Mar 2012
Deadline for postmark of entry form, ISEF forms (minimum: 1, 1A, 1B) and fees ($10 grades 9-12/$5 grades 5-8). Entries postmarked after this date will be assessed a $25 late fee.

Set up of projects in Billingsly Student Center
All projects must be in place by 9:30 am
9:30 am Judges' Meeting in Billingsly Student Center 309
10:00-12:30 pm - Judging of projects
Students must be present at their projects during judging
Tuesday, 27 Mar 2012 1:30 am - 4:30 pm
Public viewing of projects.
Tuesday, 27 Mar 2012, 3:30-4:30 pm
Awards ceremony in Cornell Auditorium in Plaster Hall (formerly Mathews Hall).
Tuesday, 27 Mar 2012, 4:30-5:30 pm
Removal of projects. Projects may not be removed before the completion of the awards ceremony.
